Originally the Boston Wire Stitcher company and the inventor of wire stitching over 100 years ago. Over this century of design and innovation Bostitch not only set the industry standards but produced a wide range of machines. Here are manuals for the more popular models. If you have a machine not on the list then get in touch as the parts are probably still in production!

Stitcher Type

  • This single head stitcher for thin work and pads, comes equipped with 18D stitcher head.
  • Single head type 26D for flat or saddle stitching up to 6mm
  • A multi head stitcher using 26D style heads, this machine has a deep throat and is especially useful in calendar production
  • Heavy duty head which has many applications as it can use a variety of wires and crown sizes. From box production through to padding applications
  • This machine gives multiple stitches with 18D heads and has no back so can be placed either offline or built into inline production of pads. It offers side/flat stitching only.
  • A best selling machine that is ideal for flat or saddle work up to 6mm used a 26A style head.
  • This ever popular machine uses its own integral design of head and can stitch flat or saddle from 2 sheets to 22mm
  • These older models have not been produced for over 50 years, however due to their durable build many are still in production and we have a number of spare parts still available.
  • This model uses a type 15001 head (this is a version on 18D) and uses box wire as generally used for box production.
